1. Agreement to Terms

DovaPro Jobs is an automated career aggregation and discovery network. We compile authentic, publicly available employment vacancies from government portals (including the official Tanzania Public Service Recruitment Secretariat — portal.ajira.go.tz), accredited corporate career websites, NGOs, and global remote employers.

3. Accuracy of Information & External Links

While we utilize rigorous validation algorithms and multi-tiered scraping checks to index active and legitimate vacancies, job details (including deadlines, salary scales, and duties) are determined solely by the respective hiring employers.

Our portal contains outbound links to third-party employer websites and portals. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of external third-party sites.

4. Prohibited User Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform to create or compile a database without written permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive contact requests or inquiries;
• Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the site without consent;
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls implemented on the server;
• Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations in Tanzania and international jurisdictions.

DovaPro Jobs displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. Advertisements displayed on our portal are delivered automatically based on context and user preferences as outlined in our Privacy Policy. DovaPro does not guarantee or endorse any third-party products, services, or claims advertised via external ad networks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, its source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (excluding public employer trademarks and government notices) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will DovaPro Company Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any job listing published herein.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
